Holyrood is run with the utmost professionalism in every way. The staff amaze me in the way they unconditionally care and love every child as if that child were their own.
It was because of the way my daughter was cared for and educated by the staff that I had no hesitation in letting them help me bring up my son 5 years later. He is the happiest little boy and I thank Holyrood so much for all the love and care they give him and for all the support they give me.

"Our eighteen month old daughter has recently started at Holyrood Nursery, Salford.
In trying to find the 'right place' for her we visited a number of nurseries. We choose Holyrood for the open and honest introduction we were given to the nursery in which all areas of the nursery were visited and not just the area in which our daughter would spend her days.
Although the nursery is fairly large we liked the allocation of the children into smaller groups hoping this would make it easier for our daughter to adjust to her new surroundings. We also felt she would respond better in a smaller group getting to know both the other children and her carers while benefiting from the resources available to a larger organisation.
The outside space at Holyrood nursery was also significantly larger and better than the other nurseries we had visited.
Prior to starting at the nursery our daughter was given the opportunity to visit and spend time at the nursery, adjusting to her new surroundings both with and without us being present.
Since starting at the nursery our daughter has been looked after by the same members of staff providing a continuity that has helped her to adjusted to attending nursery and she has settled well.

"We would like to express our thanks to you for the progress Dalton has made in his first 6 months. Since joining the nursery Dalton has:
- become fully toilet trained
- is able to socialise with other children
- is now able to express himself via his speech
- is able to play on his own or with other children outside of the nursery.
Prior to coming to the nursery Dalton was with a childminder but wasn't progressing at a rate we were happy with. His speech was not clear and socially he was not confident with other children.
We made the decision to place Dalton in a nursery so he could be with children his own age. We looked around at various nurseries within the location and HOLYROOD was by far the best - new facilities, best layout, security cameras in all rooms, smart & qualified nursery staff, varied daily routine in all rooms dependant on the ages of children & a balanced daily diet.
We found that the fees are average compared to other local nurseries but are excellent value for money.
We are extremely happy now going to work safe in the knowledge that Dalton is also happy & well looked after in the way that we ourselves as parents would love and look after him. Again many thanks"

"Thank-you for completely quashing my fears of placing my son in nursery.
From day one I have felt in complete control of Cameron's well being whilst in nursery. The daily diary is a super idea, it not only allows me to see what my son has done during the day, whether that be when he slept, what he ate or even who he played with and what toys he showed a preference for, it also allows me to give feedback to yourselves as to his welfare and any special requests I may have for that particular day.
I feel confident and happy leaving Cameron in your care and what's more important Cameron is full of smiles when he meets the staff.
As I have no fixed time as to when I drop off or collect Cameron I am confident that what I see is genuine. The staff are always friendly, open and forthcoming with information.
The bright atmosphere, airy, visually stimulating rooms and the abundance of good quality toys has done wonders for both Cameron's physical and verbal development.
I will and do recommend the nursery to family, friends and colleagues. Once again CONGRATULATIONS and THANKYOU you've made my return to work so much easier."

"My daughter Chloe started Hollyrood nursery in July 2003, at that time the nursery was newly opened and Chloe was just 4 months old.
Prior to deciding on this nursery I had experienced all the usual "guilt" emotions, which all mothers feel when leaving their children to return to work. These feelings where not helped by the numerous nurseries I visited to help me decide which she would attend.
My feeling of guilt was removed and my decision made on my visit to Holyrood. I was delighted with the newly completed premises, and was greeted with large, cheerful and light surroundings; it offered all the facilities, I as a mother expected for my daughter.
One area, which I feel very strongly about, is the freedom parents have within this nursery. I very rarely collect my daughter at the same time each day, but unlike other nurseries, where parents are expected to remain in the reception area whilst their child is brought to them, at Holyrood I can walk into the baby room at any time and see first hand the care and attention she is receiving.
I have two older children who did not attend nurseries as I felt other care facilities had a more personal touch, I now see how they would have benefited from attending nursery, and all my fears of nursery life for children have disappeared. I would recommend Holyrood nursery to any parent, and feel the management and staff do an excellent caring job."

"Hello, my name is Ellie, aged 8 1/2 months. Five days a week I attend Holyrood Nursery at Shaw. Why not come and join us, there are other little girls and boys to play with. Lots of toys and games to enjoy, we have nice food, different every day and different menus every week. We make lots of pictures, there are plenty of things to do. The staff are friendly and very caring. So why not come and join me and my friends at Holyrood Nursery."

"My 23 month old daughter Holly has settled in very well at Holyrood Nursery, she gets excited every morning when we arrive. It is a brilliant nursery, colourful bright and everything is new and clean.
There is a lovely, warm, friendly atmosphere and all the girls are very caring and patient. This is the second nursery Holly has attended as she wasn't happy at the other one. It is a good feeling to know that she is very happy there and enjoys going.
My 11 year old son has also attended the Holiday Club they ran during the summer holidays which he thoroughly enjoyed, so much so, that he asked if he could go back during this half term break, which he has done.
I would definitely recommend Holyrood Nursery at Shaw to other parents as I know the peace of mind in knowing your child is happy and well cared for."
