Our Rooms

Baby Room - Our baby room is brightly decorated and is registered for 12 babies from 0-1 years of age.  The children enjoy playing in the ball pool, treasure baskets, play ring, play mats and play gyms.

Blue Room - The Blue room holds 5 children between the ages of 1 and 2.  The children enjoy playing in the sand tray, at the writing table doing crayoning, cutting and sticking, painting and other creative activities.  We also encourage childrens' first steps through the use of walkers, tunnels etc.

Orange Room - The Orange room holds 9 children aged 12 to 18 months old.  The children enjoy learning to walk and floor activities.

Green Room - The Green room holds 9 children between the ages of 1 and 2.  The children enjoy playing in the sand and water and doing creative activities.

Red Room - The Red room holds 8 children aged between 2 and 3 years old.  The children enjoy playing at the tables doing lots of activities and on the floor with the car mat and farm animals etc.  Children are also introduced to toilet training and encouraged to flush the chain and wash their hands after using the toilet.

Pink Room - The Pink room holds 8 children aged between 2 and 3 years old.  The children enjoy playing with sand, water, painting, drawing, construction toys, dressing up and reading stories.

Pre-School 2 - This room holds 12 children between 2 and 4 years of age.  Children have easy access to books, computers, writing, model making equipment, sand and water.  They also have a home corner area where they enjoy dressing up and making tea. 

Pre-School 1 - This room holds 16 children with 2 qualified members of staff with NVQ Level 3 and a qualified teacher who works part time with the children, teaching maths, language and literacy skills.  Children also enjoy playing in the home corner, dressing up, accessing the computer, in the sand and water tray with a variety of construction toys.  The children also have an easel which they enjoy doing free paintings.  The children enjoy sitting on the carpet area reading books.  Children are encouraged to brush their teeth after lunch, to use knives and forks at dinner time and are generally prepared for school life, with the emphasis on learning through play.


We also have a large outdoor play area for the children, who are encouraged to play outdoors at least twice a day.
